The highest testing and monitoring services are provided to clients by EMCO using a large fleet of mobile laboratories equipped with the most recent, most sophisticated, and officially approved analyzers and testing equipment.
We provide our expert services and solutions for emission measurement utilizing US EPA references that meets NCEC and the Royal Commission of Jubail and Yanbu regulatory compliance requirements.
Our team consists of highly qualified and skilled engineers and technicians capable of conducting the client’s necessary tests in the most competent manner ensuring practices that adhere to global standards and rules.

CEMS and PEMS RATA – Relative Accuracy Test Audit
EMCO provides Part 60, Part 63, and Part 75 continuous emissions monitoring system (CEMS) evaluations and relative accuracy test audits (RATA)

Ambient Air Monitoring
- ETLCO owns mobile laboratories for ambient air monitoring applications.
- Real-time measurement Gas analyzers are available for the measurement of all major pollutants, such as nitrogen oxides (NOx), sulfur dioxide (SO2), and ozone(O3), Hydrogen sulfide ( H2S), Carbon Monoxide (CO), BTEX, Ammonia ( NH3) and NMHC and particulate matter ( PM10,PM2.5).
- Our mobile Ambient Air Quality Monitoring Stations have been installed with a weather data collection system including wind speed, wind directions, and temperature gauge, relative humidity, rain gauge, etc.
- EMCO owns high volume samplers for particulate matter and Lead monitoring.
Air Quality
Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR)
EMCO is well-equipped to handle large LDAR implementation projects .regulatory requirements as specified in the NCEC and RC Environmental Regulations.
EMCO owns Thermo-Scientific Toxic Vapor Analyzers, which are intrinsically safe to monitor the VOCs and HAPs in all the plants.

Noise Monitoring
EMCO has been assisting its clients to fulfill the regulatory requirement of a noise monitoring survey using a sound level meter type 1 to perform monitoring services in compliance with the regulatory requirements
EMCO staff are trained to perform ambient , source and fence noise surveys, as well as grid noise monitoring and report contour mapping using the modeling software.
We have considerable experience in undertaking noise monitoring for an extensive variety of projects
We only use precision Class 1 sound level meters for all our assessments. The results and advice is issued in a clear report format, detailing the process we have followed and the equipment used in determining the noise monitoring results
INDOOR AIR QUALITY MONITORING
Indoor air pollutants are among the top five environmental threats to human health ,highlighting the need of ensuring acceptable indoor air quality in buildings. Numerous things, such as smoke, microbes, volatile organic compounds, and gases like carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide, can impair the quality of the air inside a building. Humidity can also harm building components, raise heating and cooling costs, and encourage the growth of bacteria and mold, which can aggravate allergies and respiratory issues. Specialists in air quality can gather information about internal circumstances through monitoring, pinpoint problem sources, and develop mitigation strategies. Monitoring can also be used to check on the effectiveness of remedies.
Maintenance of ِAmbient Air Stations
- The maintenance and operation of automatic measurement systems is one of our main activities.
- All Air Quality Monitoring Station (AQMS) must be maintained according to the manufacturer’s recommendations. We provide services for routine and/or periodic service maintenance visits for all major brands of air quality monitoring instrumentation.
We believe in the empowerment of our clients. We provide training for the operation and maintenance of all ambient air quality monitoring instrumentation and systems. Clients are provided with all materials required for the management of the station including maintenance schedules and checklists.
